My elopement packages also include a custom day-of time tailored to the adventures you want to include, planning assistance, location scouting and a custom location guide, help with acquiring permits, and vendor recommendations in the area. In a world that puts so many expectations or obligations to tradition when it comes to a wedding day, I am here to empower couples to plan a day that feels true to them. Whatever kind of celebration you’re planning - an adventurous elopement in Yosemite just the two of you, an all-weekend bash in New York City with all your people, or a cozy wedding at home with your closest friends - I am here to help and document every moment in a relaxed and candid way. Along with being your badass photographer, I’m also your hype man, your wardrobe assistant, your hiking buddy, your dance partner, your friend.
And if you’re worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, I got you. I take a very relaxed, documentary, unposed approach (I hate posey photos even more than I hate Ross Gellar). I focus on getting to know my clients and knowing their personalities so my direction and “posing” feels effortless and natural. I will guide and direct you through your photos, giving you the space to be present together and enjoy your day, while capturing all the honest emotions, the beautiful imperfections, and the meaningful in-between moments that happen when two people are just themselves and in love.
I grew up *loving* stories, hiding away in my room and reading for hours on end. But when I finally picked up a camera for the first time, I realized stories weren't just found in books. They are told through moments, through hands softly holding each other, through a gaze, through the way two people in love smile at each other. Your photos will contain every moment and emotion. From the anticipation as you’re getting ready, to the moment you look into each other's eyes and say "I do" for life, to the faces of the people you wanted there to witness it, to the unplanned exchanges you didn’t even know were happening, these will be photos that make you *feel*.
Other than the couples I work with, I also draw inspiration from the earth and its many unique landscapes and the variety of settings I find myself in. Yours! I’ve photographed luxurious 200-guest weddings with disco balls and live bands, as well as intimate national park elopements with just a couple and the mountains. For me, it’s all about connecting with my couples and seeing them plan their dream day whatever it looks like. Art takes time to perfect. For engagement/couples sessions, my promised delivery time is 2-4 weeks. For weddings, delivery is 6-8 weeks. I've been on the other side of the camera and know how hard it is to wait for your photos to be done! So I promise I won’t make you wait any longer than I have to. Believe me, I’m as excited to give them to you as you are to see them!
Realistically you can expect around 75 edited photos per hour of shooting, but I also don't put a limit on how many photos you receive in your fiinal gallery. You deserve every beautiful moment!
My home base is Oklahoma City, but OH YES, I travel. I work extensively in the southern California/Joshua Tree area. Exploring is in my blood, and I love nothing more than helping a couple craft the perfect adventure for their wedding day. I have several package options for destination weddings, elopements, and adventure sessions. With locations like Joshua Tree, Chicago, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Israel, and England under my belt, I’m more than ready to help you find the perfect location for your dream wedding or session. Plus, travel costs are built in so you aren’t surprised by any fees!
Yes! When you receive your gallery, there is literally a shop built right in so you can directly order prints and albums! I have chosen high-quality print labs that will do your photos justice. You can design an album yourself, or have me design it for you!
I get it, life happens. I offer one free reschedule for couples sessions if you need to postpone, but any others will require a $150.00 rescheduling fee each time. I know it’s rough, but when you book a session, I reserve that date for you, plan my schedule around your session, and turn down other jobs for that date. (Also, I rarely reschedule for weather - some of the best photographs I've ever taken are when the wind is crazy, storm clouds are on the horizon, or a little rain is falling. As long as the conditions aren’t dangerous, if you're down, I'm down!)

It is a schedule of all the events and photos that will take place during your wedding day! It’s not set in stone, just a basic outline to keep us on track and prioritize time for what is most important to you. About a month before your wedding, I'll send a questionnaire to get all the fiinal details, and type up a custom timeline for you. If you’re working with a wedding planner, I’ll work with them so everyone is on the same page and your day flows seamlessly.
I always schedule a phone chat or video call before booking, just to make sure I’m the perfect fit for your day. But if you’re local, I am always down for a coffee or pizza date!!
I send your photos straight to your email inbox in a beautiful online gallery! You can share the link with family and friends, plus with unlimited downloads, you can save every photo directly to your computer.
Absolutely! This is a huge part of my elopement services. We’ll chat all about what kind of location or landscapes you’re drawn to, and then I’ll create a custom location guide full of ideas and options for you to choose from. I have spent a lot of time traveling and location scouting, and have handpicked some of the most gorgeous places the world has to offer. Even if it’s somewhere neither of us have been, I am confident we’ll find the perfect place for your elopement day.
For weddings or sessions within Oklahoma, travel fees are $.66 per mile extending beyond 30 miles of my zip code. If the location is further than 3 hours from my home, there will be additional charges for an overnight stay. For weddings or sessions outside Oklahoma, travel costs are built into my package prices so that you don’t get surprised with travel fees later. I always take care of booking my own accommodations, flights, and rental car, so one less thing for you to worry about!
Sorry, no. My editing style is a huge part of my business and brand. I work hard perfecting each image you receive to make sure it’s just right. If you're looking for a different style of editing, then I'm probably not the photographer for you!
